Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our high priority. Please allow between 15-40 days for your order to arrive. If more than 40 days have passed please email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. However, most of our products reach our customers 2 to 3 weeks’ time from date of purchase.

Only purchase over $50 will be considered to offer tracking number. Free Shipping items no tracking code will be provided.


If the products are not as how described in the store, customer can request for exchange OR refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
